The customer may request a replacement product within 30 days of delivery of the order for a product purchased from the HTB Internet Superstore LLC; however, the customer will incur a 20% restocking fee applied to your returned item. No company credit will be issued. The customer will receive a replacement product at the shipping address. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable. There are no refunds. All sales are final.
The 20% restocking fee will be applied to your returned item after the item has been received by its warehouse. The customer must pay the 20% restocking fee prior to shipment of the return item to us.
Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. Please contact the manufacturer directly in accordance with their instructions.
Items with manufacturer's defects:
Please return the defective product and we will promptly ship you a replacement. Items returned as defective that are found not to be defective will incur the 20% restocking fee for the returned unit; therefore, we strongly suggest contacting the manufacturer as listed in your owners manual for support prior to requesting a return authorization (RMA #) from us. All defective cellular phones must be returned directly to the manufacturer. DO NOT RETURN DEFECTIVE CELLULAR PHONES TO THE SUPERSTORE.
A returned item requires a valid RMA number before it can be processed. The RMA number and returned item must be verified prior to issuing a replacement product to the customer.
How to return an item:
For Customer Service or Technical Support questions, please E-mail us at support@htbsuperstore.com to notify us of a defective item and request an RMA number. Allow 2 business days for a response to your email. Please have your order number available.
When you return the item please include a copy of your invoice or the order confirmation email, write your RMA number on it and provide a return reason.
The customer is responsible for the 20% restocking fee. The customer must pay the 20% restocking fee prior to shipment of the return item to us. If it is determined that the restocking fee is not required, the 20% restocking fee will be returned to the customer within 14 business days after the item is received by its warehouse.
The customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
Returns must be in its original condition (like new). Returns will not be accepted without all of the original packaging, manuals and accessories. All returns must be received by the HTB Internet Superstore LLC within 10 days from the RMA number issuing date.
A replacement item will not be issued if a return is made without a valid RMA number or after 14 days of delivery of the order.
Shipping charges are not refundable in any case.

Return Policy On Jewelry:
Please note that there is a 50% restocking fee on all Jewelry - no exceptions! Any jewelry item returned to us must be verified by a certified jeweler and will take 5 to 10 business days for the item to be returned to its warehouse.
The 50% restocking fee will be applied to your returned item after the item has been received by its warehouse. The customer must pay the 50% restocking fee prior to shipment of the return item to us. The company will credit the balance (item price minus the 50% restocking fee) to the customer account after the item has been received by its warehouse.
